After coming across Kiva it made me wonder how many people are in need of money to thrive. Kiva is a organization to help people reach a goal that they do not have enough money for. People give a small loan of $25 to help people reach their goal. Kiva is an international nonprofit organization founded in 2005. Their goal is to give money to people in need and to give back the money of the donors. This organization is has a very high reputation, judged by trusted websites. Two groups have that need money that caught my eye was a man named Francisco. This man is located in Mozambique, He wants to buy a water tank to have fresh water at his house for His family. Another person who caught my eye was a lady in Kenya who needs a loan of 300$ to start a poultry farming business. From the people I read about, their are all located in places where they do not have the support to thrive. And of of these places are lacking a element to survive. All of these people have great reasons to need loans to help themselves and their communities.
