The Latins

They drained the swamp 
  • Many streams flowed in the Tiber 
  • there was a marshy area called the forum, between Palatine and Capitoline hills 
  • Tarquin the proud's grandfather built the cloaca maxima (largest ancient Drain) which channeled into the Tiber
  • Urban legend says Washington Dc was built on a swamp, but only about 2% was actually swamp and however, the constitution avenue is located on what ised tobe called the Tiber Creek.
Now Tarquin's Kinda proud but he got a little loud

  • known as Tarquin the proud (sometimes referred as Tarquin the arrogant)

Another person who caught my eye was a lady in Kenya who needs a loan of 300$ to start a poultry farming business. From the people I read about, their are all located in places where they do not have the support to thrive. And of of these places are lacking a element to survive. Today in class we finished up those group projects. I think everybody did a great job. But you can tell who put in the more work. I know I laughed today because the classes mood was just great. I think the projects gave me a better under standing of what we are learning. Hearing each project really made the information sink in from hearing it over and over. So all fun things come to an end with a test 😭. The test in my opinion won't be that hard. Honestly the teacher does a good enough job that you just have to pay attention and you will be fine. But a little looking over the night before won't hurt at all. The biggest thing I learned today is not to play on your computer while Mr. Schick is talking. The poor guy Dylan watched his grave being dug while Mr. Schick was filling out the behavior log, And once he pushed send, he just fell in that hole. And that kids, is why you should not play on your computer. Oh and Thank you Mr. Schick for sending us an email for the vocal words...

Today is class we did some house keeping. Then we pulled out our world maps that we completed a couple of weeks ago. We went over the map answer by answer. Mr. Shick told us there could be a pop quiz on the labeling of the maps. Personally I need to look over something a lot to get a 100 on a test. So after I finish typing this I will be studying. After going over the maps we went over some more present problems that we are facing in our lives today. First off we looked at the size of North Korea. The size of the North Korea is very small. The news today is that the president of North Korea is  threatening us that they have nuclear weapons. We have Nuclear weapons but the cause a lot of destruction. The United States won WWII by using nuclear weapons and wiping out territories.
